Soon it’ll be Summer time! Here’s a super healthy Strawberry Smoothie to get you ready.
At less than 200 calories per serving and tons of wonderful vitamins, this smoothie has it all.
2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup water
3 TB yogurt
5 TB sugar
Blend together in a food processor or blender. Top with extra fruit and a little umbrella garnish if you have one. Enjoy poolside.
